This site is directed to senior-aged men interested in restoring some of that muscle lost over the last three or four decades. This is not to say that many of the topics discussed here cannot apply to all genders and ages; it’s just focused on us old(er) guys.

The site will be built in several phases, with the first phase setting up spreadsheets, forms, and calculators to aid the senior in developing and tracking his goals and  plans  to get stronger and fitter. And a few links to interesting and appropriate websites.

Phase II is entirely selfish, in that it will be dedicated to promoting the book, Finishing Strong! Strength Training for Old(er) Guys. On the other hand, it will include excerpts from the book and reviews, in the hopes that the visitor might obtain the book, which we believe is quite informative, practical, and maybe a little entertaining.

Later, we will add more links to sites beneficial to our focus, add sections where we can expand on the topics discussed in the book, and create forums so you can put your two cents in.
