This spreadsheet is in two parts. The first worksheet (see tab at bottom) is designed to calculate or enter daily targets and compare those targets to the weekly diet plan entered in the second worksheet. The assumption is we are creatures of habit and tend toward consuming the same foods and drink in a weekly period. The comparisons on the first worksheet to the daily targets are merely the week’s nutrient input divided by seven.
It is not likely one could make much use of this spreadsheet without downloading it and having use of Microsoft Excel, especially if, as one should, add his preferred food and drink. If you are content to use the foods listed and just change the servings per week, then you should have little problem using this online. Your changes, however, will not be saved.
